By creating an account and using PulseTraders.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. PulseTraders is operated by PulseTraders.io and provides AI-powered cryptocurrency trading signal analysis.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice. You should never make financial decisions based solely on our signals. PulseTraders offers subscription plans (Basic at $29/month, Pro at $79/month, Enterprise at $149/month) payable in USDT TRC20. A 24-hour free trial is available once per user. Payments are processed through NOWPayments and are non-refundable once a plan is activated. Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time.
Each user is entitled to one (1) 24-hour free trial. The trial begins upon account creation. The same Telegram account cannot be used for multiple free trials. After trial expiry, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue accessing signals and premium features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You may not: resell or redistribute our signals without written permission; attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems; use automated tools to scrape data; create multiple accounts to abuse free trials; or use the Service for any illegal purpose.
PulseTraders shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or other losses resulting from use of our signals. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 30 days. We make no guarantees about signal accuracy or profitability.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
