(b) Payment information: payment status is processed by NOWPayments — we do not store your crypto wallet details. (c) Usage data: pages visited, signals viewed, features used. (d) Telegram data: your Telegram chat ID when you connect the bot. (e) Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information.
We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; send you trading signals via email and Telegram; send transactional emails (verification, password reset, payment confirmation); analyze usage patterns to improve our AI models; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: service providers who help operate our platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing); and when required by law. All third-party providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and secure API authentication (JWT). Despite these measures, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts are removed within 30 days. Signal data and analytics may be retained in anonymized form for service improvement.

PulseTraders is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it.
Your data may be stored and processed in servers located outside your country. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
